Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior technology leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT strategy, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in BaaS/SaaS Sector is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

- Demonstrated success in implementing technology solutions and optimising IT operations.
- Proficiency in IT management and cybersecurity practices.
- Understanding of Relevant Industry Regulations and Compliance Standards.
