Declaration of Responsability

The entity Beoneb OU, as the manufacturer of the implemented e-invoicing solution, declares under its responsibility that said solution complies with current tax regulations regarding the issuance, receipt and storage of e-invoices ensuring compliance with the Regulation that regulates the invoicing obligations of the Royal Decree 1619/2012, the requirements of Article 29. 2.j) of Law 58/2003, of 17 December, General Taxation, specifically, Royal Decree 1007/2023, and its implementing regulations, compliance with Article 2 bis of Law 56/2007, of 28 December, on Measures to Promote the Information Society, as well as any applicable regulations.


This declaration is issued as supporting evidence within the framework of the Kit Digital Program.
