Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a CRO or in a senior revenue leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of revenue generation strategies, sales, and marketing.
  • Experience in BaaS/SaaS sector is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and change.
  • Demonstrated success in leading revenue teams and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Understanding of Relevant Market Trends and Customer Behaviors.
